Synopsis
Humanity faces its greatest test with the unexpected arrival on Earth of an enigmatic alien named Klaatu (Keanu Reeves).
The stranger triggers an unprecedented global upheaval as governments and scientists race to unravel the mystery behind his appearance. I did quite enjoy this film, however that what was more to do with the special effect than the plot line itself (and I don't just say that because my friend worked on this film either). A tad long winded and a disappointing ending. A great role for Keanu Reeves, as he didn't have to act that much! Kathy Bates was brilliant as always.
